A Few Things About Me

My why. My 2 young children are the inspiration behind everything I do. They challenge and inspire me everyday, teaching me the importance of emotional wellbeing. A lesson I continue to learn more about everyday.

I lived overseas for 8 years. At 23 I packed my bags for a one year trip to the United States of America only to returned to the shores of Australia 8 years later. I now live with my wonderful husband and 2 kids in rural victoria.

Awarded number one in customer sales. I was honored to be awarded this prestigious award by one of the fastest growing companies in health and wellness in 2023 supporting and empowering others to live their best life.

I love to cook. One of my passions is cooking. I love providing nutritious meals for my family. I also love to pair a special meal with a lovely glass of red.

Gardening is my passion. Living on a 1 1/2 acre property there is no shortage of green space. My favorite part of the garden is my rose garden. As an older well established garden bed, the smell of the roses is a perfume that fills the room.

I never stop studying. Dedicated to improving the health of my family and my community, I am constantly striving to grow and learn so I can share the latest advances in technology , combined with the wisdom of ancient medicine.

Making the most of the outdoors is what makes me happy. Being outside with my family is my favorite thing to do. With the beautiful weather in Australia we make the most of this as often as we can.
